We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a large Multinational Marcom agency with offices in Multiple countries. They are looking to a hire a young smart Talent Acquisition professional for their team in Gurgaon. This is an Individual Contributor role and the incumbent will be responsible for hiring across Indian locations.

To qualify for this position you should:

- Be a MBA or similar (Preferred).

- Have 6 to 11 years of experience Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

- Have good experience in all aspects of hiring including Head Hunting

- Have good experience in Mapping organizations for identifying target hires

- Have good experience in communicating with Senior Managers

- Have good experience in managing internal stake holders / hiring managers

- Will prefer an experience in an Ad Agency, Marcom, PR Firm, Media and similar

- Have great communication skills and attitude

- Be currently from Delhi NCR or Mumbai
