About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a strong background in volume hiring for R&D and Engineering positions. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy recruiter who is hands-on with sourcing, excels in stakeholder management, and has a solution-oriented mindset. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, and can work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and R&D roles across levels, ensuring quality and
speed of hire.
- Build robust talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels job boards, social media, internal referrals, recruitment partners, campus connects, and direct sourcing.
Volume Sourcing & Mandate Execution:
- Lead volume hiring initiatives and manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to fulfill open roles efficiently.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers; conduct face-to-face intake meetings, align on hiring needs, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
- Push back to business constructively using market insights and data-driven narratives.
Data & Reporting:
- Own and update recruitment dashboards; track and report key metrics TAT, source of hire, offer to join ratio, etc.
- Leverage Excel tools (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to analyze trends and identify hiring bottlenecks.
Process Improvement:
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of compliance with hiring processes and documentation.
Employer Branding & Social Media:
- Engage actively on LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance employer brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote open roles and culture stories online.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: BE / MBA (HR or equivalent)
- Experience: 915 years in Talent Acquisition, specifically with R&D or core engineering hiring in mid-to-large technology organizations.
- Domain Exposure: Experience working in fast-paced engineering environments; prior exposure to product/R&D centers is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Familiarity with ATS tools, reporting dashboards, and sourcing automation platforms.
