Talent Acquisition Partner - SaaS Product (4-10 yrs)
Candidates skillset/experience :
- Experience in SaaS Tech/Non Tech hiring is preferred
- Must have handled hiring for the roles across all levels at a startup
- Ability to source, screen, and engage with high caliber talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to work with the founders to iterate on the hiring needs, craft job descriptions, work on social channels to augment talent
- Ability to work with recruiting partners and work under tight deadlines to close open roles
Responsibilities :
- Identify the open roles, create job descriptions, ensure that the relevant candidates are sourced and jobs closed in desired TAT.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes, and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting to deliver the highest quality results.
- Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals, and external agencies to proactively close open roles.
- Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
- Salary negotiation and post-selection joining formalities
Candidate skill sets :
- 4+ years of technical experience in SaaS Product organizations - this is a MUST.
- Highly effective negotiation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Well versed with Tech/Digital landscape
- Start-up zeal, and high ability to roll up the sleeves and work on a variety of hiring assignments.
