Talent Acquisition Partner - Front Line Sales Hiring - Bank (3-7 yrs)
Our Client, a Leading Private Bank is looking at Talent Acquisition Specialist for their Front Line Sales Hiring to be based at Jaipur, Pune, Indore and Ahmedabad.
- We are looking at MBA - HR professionals with 3-7 years experience, with hands-on experience in Front Line Sales Hiring in the Banking and Financial Service sector, Insurance or Large Pharma companies.
- The ideal person should have done bulk-sales hiring and managed large volumes.
- The person would be responsible for all front-line sales hiring for the State assigned to him/her.
- The incumbent should be a Talent Acquisition specialist who has worked in a dynamic aggressive environment, managed large number of recruitment.
- The person should have the capability of managing the key business stake holders, work directly on the Talent Acquisition front and be able to support the TA requirements for the businesses to ensure business continuity.
- The individual should have worked on all possible Sourcing Mix for acquiring Talent, dealt with recruitment firms, done competition Mapping, be able to generate pipeline of candidates for few functions and manage TAT.
- The person would be responsible to manage end to end recruitment cycle, prepare and present the Talent Acquisition dash board for management reviews.
- The person would be reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Head.
