Talent Acquisition Manager - Startup

Job Description:

We are looking for an incredibly ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires with a key focus on India.

Responsibilities:

- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions and perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast

- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plan

- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities with our marketing team

- Plan employee referral programs

- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

- Suggest measures for improving employee retention

- Build, Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team

- Ability to motivate employees with a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
