Talent Acquisition Manager - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)

We are a 13 year young recruitment firm with a global reach named ArCent Global. We provide dependable top level talent to our clients. Most of our clients are leading MNCs and CMM level companies.

We are looking for our client based in Gurgaon.

Employer established in 1990, has held various interests in chemicals, real estate and technology over the years. In its early days, the firm started out with partnership with TYCO in the petrochemicals space, and its first real estate project in Gurgaon, earlier known as Their Brand Employer. The company has since amassed over 100 acres in Goa, 45 Acres in Hyderabad, and 14 Acres in Gurgaon.

About the role :

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to find and retain talent. In this capacity, you will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Responsibilities :

- Work in unison with business leaders to establish concrete hiring targets

- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

- Partner with hiring managers to design and implement overall recruiting strategy

- Develop and curate job descriptions and job specifications as per the requirements

- Support the hiring panel by providing them with relevant market analysis and advice throughout the recruitment process

- Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through various portals/platforms and execute efficient recruitment strategies to surface the best talent

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

- Orchestrate salary negotiation and offer letter generation

- Support on-boarding of a new employees in order to become fully integrated

- Monitor and apply best practices recruitment practices

- Create an influential candidate-employer relationships during the selection process

Requirements :

- Bachelor- s/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field

- Proven work experience as talent Acquisition Manager or equivalent role

- Rich experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding

- Solid understanding of all selection methods and techniques

- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong decision-making skills

- Strategic thinking
