Talent Acquisition Manager - Pharma (5-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:

To search for, select and hire new employees to strengthen company’s capability to implement current and future business strategies:

Sourcing:

- To support line managers on appropriate recruitment tools and agree with management & HR Manager on tailored recruitment strategy, closely collaborates with selected executive search companies and use internal search capability as well as personal network to source top talents.

Selection:

- To screen identified candidates, select a shortlist and forward to line management & HR Generalist, applying the most appropriate selection approach.

Hiring:

- To ensure availability and sending of complete contract, discuss and agree remuneration package with senior management, provide rejected detailed feedback to internal candidates who do not meet the role profile as input for their next development plan.

- To facilitate best practise staffing process within your assigned function.

- To benchmark existing processes and looks externally for best practices to import them into the staffing centre.

- To support projects to develop and implement new recruitment/ assessment tools.

- To respond to business needs and proactively identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing and selection..

- To demonstrate compliance with employment laws/ regulations as well as with company’s hiring policy.
