As a Manager Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for: - Leadership: Manage a team of experienced recruitment professionals to ensure all business requirements are met in a timely and brand right fashion. Recommend and execute on strategies and tactics that will maximize team performance and drive strong partnerships & results with the business. - Team Development: Coach, provide career opportunities and support learning so that team members that perform well are readied for new experiences. Provide regular written and verbal feedback and address performance issues as necessary. Engage and inspire through building a diverse & inclusive team culture. - Stakeholder Management: Partner with clients to understand short and long-term business strategies that will result in future staffing needs and offer feedback and advice on addressing those needs. Act as the key point of contact for Senior Leaders. - Brand Management & External Partnerships: Ensure Purple Quarter brand is communicated right in all activities & engagements. Network and build relationships with institutes, communities and organizations that help advance our strategic priorities and enhance the brand experience - Project Management: Lead and execute recruiting related projects through completion. Motivate & provide guidance to the team and drive accountability with results. - Data & Governance: Track recruitment activity, be aware of and communicate analytical data about all facets of the hiring process. Create effective metrics for performance measurement and identify opportunities to streamline process, policy and data management that can quantify team's performance. Ensure technology is used productively. - Partnerships: Strengthen connections with partners, identify opportunities to work together, drive consistency with global practices, share & seek learnings for progress - Vendor Management: Act as the principal partner with external vendors and consultancies. Own and drive a strategic approach to determine which vendors are selected and how and when they are used. Look for innovative ways to maximize the value Purple Quarter received from these relationships. Requirements - Degree in any field - 7-10 years of work experience, with 3 - 4 years of leadership experience - Strong client focus with the ability to interface with and support at all levels - Strong problem-solving, multitasking and analytical skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and openness to providing feedback to help iterate the business - Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices - Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment - High level of initiative and self-motivation - Drive for results and ability to build & exhibit accountability
