- Setting up a world class global sales, product and deep tech focused industrial team
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determining the selection criteria
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
- You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company
Job Description:
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions and perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plan
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities with our marketing team
- Plan employee referral programs
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Build, Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
- Ability to motivate employees with a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
