Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, Design and Implement overall recruiting strategies and plans to achieve goals
- Collaborate with recruitment partners to execute hiring plans and goals
- Develop a plan for execution and delivery
- Screen candidate resume and job applications
- Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, competencies, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Build influential candidate relationships
- Promote the company's brand
- Engage with hiring managers, recruitment partners to coordinate and close positions
- Develop solutions to help navigate hiring paths
Skills set required:-
1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter for at least 5 years with 3 years of IT exposure.
2. Ability to design hiring plans and execute them
3. Manage related HR aspects (Background verification, evaluate recruitment partners, assign tasks, development of hiring-related processes and policy, employee referral practices, etc., )
4. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, online assessments, ATS, tools used for hiring, reference check, etc)
5. Familiarity using Linkedin, Facebook, Naukri and other job portal tools for recruitment.
6. Excellent communication, ability to build strong relationships and interpersonal skills
7. Strong decision-making skills
8. Bachelor/Postgraduate in Human Resources is preferred
9. Technical academic qualification is preferred
