Talent Acquisition Leader - Internet Based Service Firm (6-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Problem Solving : Identifying issues as the company scales its operations and providing and executing innovative solutions.
- Process Optimization, Adherence & Improvement : Identify process gaps to ensure a cleaner, smoother process is designed and implemented.
- New Initiatives : Take up new initiatives and follow through on design and execution for them
- Data Insights : Design, construct and analyse various data sets within the HR function to provide deep insights and identify potential issues
- Stakeholder Management : Working with different hiring managers so as to understand the business requirements and deliver on the set date/deadlines & Quality
- Vendor Management : Responsible for managing vendor coordination, rate negotiations, renewal, support, technical issues for Job Boards, Assessment Tools, HRMS etc
- Campus Relations : Manage & Oversee Tier 1, 2 & 3 colleges(Hiring for MTs, BLP, Trainee, Interns), Responsible to map tier 2 & tier 3 colleges and prepare a list of such colleges where we could hire FTEs/Trainee/Interns as per our requirements
- IJP & Referral Program : Oversee the Employee Referrals policy and run IJP process to attract right talent for the organisation
- Candidate Experience : Oversee candidates experience to improve hiring process & candidate management
