The Talent Acquisition Leader will provide direction for the day to day management of recruiting for client's APAC Operations and be a key contributor in developing, implementing and servicing all aspects of the talent acquisition process and strategy. This role will collaborate and build exceptional business relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, human resources business partners and external sources to ensure efficient and effective full life cycle recruiting strategies. This is a highly visible position, which interacts with all levels of the organization across multiple functions through providing subject matter expertise on all staffing and recruiting strategies, policies and leading edge programs to ensure the organization can be innovative and successfully attract and engage top talent. As Leader of Talent Acquisition India you will be accountable for building and leading a team of talent acquisition advisors, developing their skills and capabilities to develop close working relationships with line managers and client groups to provide comprehensive and proactive HR solutions, input and advice. - Lead and manage recruiters to proactively identify, source and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, Internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee and contact referrals, job fairs, research, alumni groups, networking and agencies. - Interact and engage with members of the Global TA team to ensure that best practices are leveraged across all hiring in India and that processes are aligned to the maximum extent possible. - Utilize Global TA expertise when developing programs and strategy for the region. - Analyze historical hiring data and future hiring plans to identify the right sourcing models in India. - Oversee the strategy and engagement of preferred agencies for critical hiring as part of the sourcing strategies. Very comfortable receiving and giving feedback in a constructive manner. - Strategic, creative, purposeful business thinking, maintaining a strong focus on execution while managing multiple issues and projects. - Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demanding initiatives concurrently. - Excellent, consultative influence management skills in order to lead and partner on talent needs in the business. - Strong analytical and metrics orientation with the desire and ability to use metrics to gain awareness and visibility to support a position and to - drive a story.- The ideal candidate for this position will be an outstanding HR professional with a proven track record of success and a minimum of 15 years of relevant talent acquisition experience - Must be able to demonstrate a focus on strategic talent acquisition, preferably in the technology industry. - Minimum of 5 years supervisory/leadership experience in operations and corporate recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment. - The ideal candidate will possess deep talent acquisition best practices expertise, broad business acumen and knowledge of labor market trends and legislative regulations.
