TA Leader for India, is responsible for the sourcing of high quality, diverse, qualified candidates for all roles within the client groups.
The TAL will manage a large Talent Acquisition team focused on full life cycle recruitment and direct sourcing, comprised of full-time employees and contract resources (as well as contract resources as required), aligned to support the business units of Commercial.
They will develop a global talent acquisition strategy for their client groups that meet the needs of those businesses.
They will have direct responsibility for all direct sourcing, talent acquisition, internal hiring processes and administration within all functional areas and Business units in India.
This role will also have responsibility for spearheading Diversity recruiting strategies for across all TA teams to ensure consistent approach
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with senior level stakeholders within all company's functional areas and Business Units, as well as the HR Leads supporting those leadership teams in India, to build a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to deliver the resources required by the business.
- Develop a workforce plan with the business and HR Leads to identify future talent needs and build programs to support that plan.
- Direct responsibility for the TA team in India and vendors that provide recruiting support in India. This includes and not only limited to RPOs, Search Firms, etc
