Talent Acquisition Lead - Volume Hiring - BPO/IT (12-22 yrs)
We are currently retained by a leading global IT MNC to find a VP Talent Acquisition to lead the TA for their IT business. This is for their outsourced business so needs someone who has handled large volume of BPO hiring.
This is a PAN India role and will be based in Bangalore.
To qualify you must have the following :
- Have led talent acquisition for volume hiring for a large global MNC (we are talking about tens of thousands of hiring)
- Strong leadership experience in managing large and diverse teams
- Expertise in setting up best practices in terms of sourcing from multiple channels especially social media
- Ability to set up large scale recruitment processes and mentor and groom the team on understanding job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with global senior stakeholders and manage expectations
- To qualify you must be a good B school passout with strong experience in managing a large team and handled TA for a global MNC. BPO hiring experience in large numbers is a MUST HAVE.
