Talent Acquisition Lead - Internet/Online (8-13 yrs)

- The team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead(TA Lead), who will help them strategize end to end hiring needs of the company(NON IT primarily).
- The incumbent would be responsible for building the new vertical from ground up.
- She/he would be responsible to stakeholder management.
- Grooming and leading a team.
Skills needed:
- Minimum of 8 years talent acquisition experience.
- Experience of having built a vertical from scratch would be an added advantage.
- Should have managed a team.
- Strong team player; the ability to work closely with the broader recruiting team members and hiring managers.
- Must have a "solutions-focus", being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly
