Talent Acquisition Lead - BFS (8-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end to end recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations, retention of existing employees, optimal use of early talent pipeline and engaging with candidates till onboarding.

- You will work across businesses to identify entry talent needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to recruit the most diverse talent into campus programs

- Determine best processes, programs, and policies to evolve and shape the future direction of campus recruitment efforts

- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance

- Keep track of recruiting metrics

- Create and implement new innovative sourcing methods

- Building Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & building partnerships to with relevant Staffing Firms.

- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand

- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)

- Review recruitment software and share required analytics and utilize them to proactively evaluate effective sourcing methods

- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques

- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations

- Participate in job fairs and career events

- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

- Gather and analyse market intelligence on candidates and competitor data for identifying key talent & headhunting of key leadership /strategic / technology roles.

- Ensure candidates receive a best in class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process.

Required Experience/Skill Set :

- Proven work experience of leading a team as a Recruiting Manager or Recruitment Lead

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases

- Knowledge of labor legislation

- Ability to organize skills assessment tests

- Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks

- Experience of working on different sourcing platforms

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Candidate must have a master's degree in Human Resources (as majors)

- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

- Strong decision-making skills
