Hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition for one of the largest online companies in India : - Review and redevelop the talent acquisition framework, keeping the ever-changing goals of the&nbsp;organization in mind - Identify distinctions with supply and internal roles. Guiding other team members in sourcing&nbsp;quality candidates through conventional channels- - Identifying the business's needs and working to create and implement an&nbsp;efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business&nbsp;performance - Owning the organisation's employer brand and building out one of India's tech&nbsp;talent brands - Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the&nbsp;resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines - Building robust sourcing channels for a stable stream of candidates pipeline - Define screening and selection guidelines and implementation of the same at all&nbsp;levels - Define standard metrics for cost and performance optimization for the Talent&nbsp;Acquisition Department such as Cost Per Hire, TAT, Candidate experience score - Take lead in building new and unconventional sourcing channels to fulfil hiring&nbsp;requirements of the company - Anticipating the organization's future and working with senior executives to&nbsp;advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success - Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business - Owning candidate experience and constantly evolving processes to build&nbsp;efficiency as well as great hiring experience - Ability to Influence leaders in taking complex decisions for the organization. - Ability to partner effectively with global recruiting teams, HR business partners&nbsp;and other functional leaders. - Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right&nbsp;workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. Must haves : - 12+ years of work experience in search, selection and leadership hiring across tech and non tech - Build the product and engineering vertical / led the scale up - Managed team - Employer branding and social media initiatives across talent segments in tech and product - Plugged into new age innovations and TA strategies - 2+ years in a product organisation is desirable - Location : Bangalore or Gurgaon
