SALARY: 40-50 Lacs PA 1. A minimum of 7+ years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced Technical Environment 2. Latest 2+ years should be with an IT Product Development Company 3. Should have hands-on experience in Campus Hiring (Top Tier Engineer &amp; B-Schools) 4. The ability to effectively lead and support the Social Media Hiring &amp; Management 5. Should have been involved in Policy/Procedure/SOPs creation &amp; implementation 6. Current knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion (DEI) best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, selection, and engagement 7. Experience implementing actionable programs to build diverse talent pipelines and execute on referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns 8. Experience functioning within CRM &amp; Applicant Tracking Systems 9. An understanding of building and running effective drip campaigns, aligned to the identified future and ongoing needs of the business 10. Comprehensive knowledge of talent markets and trends in technical talent 11. Ability to effectively assess tools and platforms needed to find top tier talent 12. Experience in conducting market research and proven ability to adjust searches accordingly 13. Prior analytics experience with a solid understanding of tracking, measuring, and reporting metrics to better drive strategic initiatives in finding talent 14. Manage all vendor relationships for job sourcing tools, tracking ROI, and managing usage data. 15. Ability to generate and manage high-volume and high-quality pipeline of global talent under very tight timelines 16. Creativity in approaching and sourcing hard to fill positions after all other resources have been exhausted 17. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally 18. A clear understanding of the recruitment process and the importance of the candidate experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience 19. Adaptable and able to change focus as needed
