Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work seamlessly with senior management and relationship management
- Strong integrity and value system
- Understands distribution business (not the typical KPO/BPO/IT volume hiring kind of person)
- Has strong understanding of HR concepts including rewards so is able to appreciate and add value to negotiations
