Talent Acquisition & Analytics Role (1-5 yrs)

Role :

- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

- Perform analysis of organisational development and anticipate future employment needs

- Designing and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)

- Reviews employment applications and background check reports

- Maintain Cost Per Hire, SLA, Diversity Agenda on New Hires as per agreed standards

- Have an eye for details, innovation & be able to relate it to execution on ground

- Analyse Data in Talent Acquisition, draw interpretations, collaborate across teams with related data & stich it up as relevant to TA function

- Support HR initiatives by consolidating data, performing in-depth analysis, summarizing results and key trends

- Ability to run process efficiencies in Talent Acquisition function

Must have :

- Good communication skills

- Strong MS Office Skills - MS PPT, MS Excel

- Exposure of Python /R / Hadoop / Power BI/ Tableau. Certifications is any of these will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGBM (Fulltime) from a reputed institute

- Bachelors (Fulltime) from a reputed institute
