One of the Leading Private Bank is looking out for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to be based at Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should be a MBA-HR with 3-7 years experience in HR.
- The individual should be having hands on experience of managing HR/ Talent Acquisition Analytics.
- He/ She would be reporting to and working closely with the VP - Talent Acquisition to manage areas of TA Analytics and be able to support, guide and push the areas of improvement in the TA process and any other gaps as needed.
- He / She should have experience on working on Macros, able to assess the data, understand the pain areas and be able to drive transformation/change along with the VP - Talent Acquisition.
- Experience of working in Large organisations with high recruitment volumes would be an advantage.
- Smart Personality, Excellent Communication skills, ability to prepare dashboards and MIS to Senior Leadership team are a key attribute needed for the role.
