Location: Dubai Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time CTC: Standard hike in current CTC (Accidental &amp; Medical Insurance in addition to CTC) Responsibilities: - Entire swift profile review, user access review, rationalization of number users - Setting up the entire swift reconciliation processes and its automation (SWIFT Messages) - Detailed Study of current state processes and systems (as per Swift Security Guidelines) - Review of process customizations specific to each of our entity and preparation of used cases for each process, sub-process, functionality and for all the controls. - Monitoring and analyzing financial transactions to identify potentially high-risk transaction activity and patterns - Experience in Swift Messaging, SEPA, Funds Control processes and Cash Operations and Asset Management Reconciliation - Monitoring and analyzing financial transactions to identify potentially high-risk transaction activity and patterns - Provide Functional training to the team and address Functional queries during System testing. Regularly interact with offshore and onshore development teams. Desired Skillset: - Has significant (4-10 years) experience of working on End to End SWIFT project - Extensive applications knowledge of SWIFT, SWIFT alliance gateways, SWIFT key setup, SWIFT servers monitoring, SWIFT MINT monitoring SAG- s, SWIFT access. - Has an in-depth understanding of banking operations, payment systems &amp; common banking IT systems - Working on Requirements Gathering / POC drafts, mainly on Payments and Cards domain. - Experience in Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud (OFAC and KYC processes) - Strong project management skills - requirements gathering, converting requirements to a clear milestone-based project plan, internal reporting, responding to tactical requirements, relentless issue tracking &amp; change management Interested candidates must share their resumes or call on 9354150110 for any further query.
