Supply Chain Consultant - IIM/XLRI/ISB A glimpse into what you might be required to do in our engagement: 1. Candidate should have strong experience in Implementation of different Supply Chain modules like Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales &amp; Operations Planning. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Warehouse Management modules. 2. Managing overall supply chain operations including procurement, material management, inventory optimization, vendor management, supplier delivery scheduling, forecast gap analysis, SCM process development 3. Design, implement and mature business processes and tech solutions across various legs of supply chain to achieve SLAs and deliver world class customer service 4. Specific responsibilities include lead project workstreams, scope and drive client deliverables from Associates and Experienced Associates, create and manage project plans, manage client expectations and project budget, support proposals with Managers and Directors, 5. Proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all of the facts, consider other perspectives; conduct root cause analysis; refer to long term plans and goals; prioritize key factors; act decisively, promptly and confidently Desired Skills and Experience : - Graduate from a Top Management Institution (IIM, XLRI, ISB, Ivy League or equivalent) or have a Master's degree from a top institution with a strong academic background - 1-5 years of Management Consulting, Strategy or Industry Experience - Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures - The analytically oriented and resourceful individual with the ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment - Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output - Strong presentation skills both spoken and written are a must - Ability to handle people at different levels of the hierarchy - Exposure to Windows Office and proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must
