Project Location: Noida, Mumbai C. Responsibilities: - Provide insights and directions to key affiliates in identifying strategic imperative - Active involvement in projects from initiation to delivery of complex analyses, metrics and sustained engagement at all levels of the organization - Deliver insights to the Senior leadership team (CEO, CXO, CFO) that drive decision-making on the critical initiatives. Develop complete and well, thought out execution plans that incorporate sound contingency and risk assessments to facilitate decision making and drive timely execution. D. Desired Skillset and Experience: - MBA from a top institution (IIMs/XLRIs/XIMBs/IITs) with a strong academic background - 6-8 years of Work Experience in Management Consulting/Strategy Consulting is a must - Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures - Analytically oriented and resourceful individual with ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment
