Takshashila Consulting - Senior Consultant (Business Strategy)


A. A glimpse into what you might be required to do in our engagement :


- Senior Consultant will be a key resource on consulting projects, will be an individual contributor and should be able to deliver quality client service, analyze complex problems and deliver insightful solutions

- In the absence of engagement manager, senior consultant will be required to act like one, and drive critical projects across domains and provide key inputs for improvement to team members and client leadership team to support the strategic direction

- Be an integral part of the research, analytics and insights development team to understand the issue in hand, structure work plans and to develop hypotheses and analysis to test them

- In addition to the above, work towards identifying and assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies and also manage and coordinate change management initiatives

- Be part of the program management office to take end-to-end ownership of existing initiatives

B. Desired Skills and Experience :

- MBA & B. Tech from Tier 1 institute (National/International) with a strong academic background

- Min. 3 years of experience in Management Consulting/Strategy Consulting is a must

- Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output

- Strong presentation skills both spoken and written are a must

- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point is a must
