Responsibilities - Proactively working with retail products team on new product and pricing strategy in order to maximise profitability and achieve revenue budgets - Devising the structure and mechanics of customer campaigns as well as staff sales contests from time to time - Undertake research work into the industry, markets and competitors. Be an integral part of the research and analytics to understand the issue in hand, need to handle documentation Desired Skillset - MBA is must from Tier1 college - 3-7 Years of experience in banking domain - Must have strong data analytics & presentation skills with excel and powerpoint as a must. Hands on knowledge of SAS is expected and Power BI is good to have. - Excellent communication skills will be required to liaise with other business, segment and support teams.
