Job Description: - Candidate should be specialized in business processes related to Origination, Receivables and Collections of Retail Lending (Assets) sector in BFSI. Duties and Responsibilities: - Primarily responsible for understanding Business requirements and engaging vendor and IT counterparts to successfully design and deliver solutions - Perform business analysis, requirements elicitation, document business requirements and drive the change and implementation management outlining various techniques and approaches. - To support business initiatives and new product launches - Assessing Long-term efforts across multiple business units or across multiple divisions to support core strategic objectives - To understand and frame the Business Requirements document along with Business unit and internal IT Team - To finalize the Product / Platforms functional roadmap which meets internal business requirements as well as fits in with the architecture of the Product / Platform - Interpersonal and organizational skills required to directly manage stakeholders and to maintain positive and constructive relationships. - Accountable to senior management for periodic updates, information and results Project Management Capabilities: - Ability to create business cases, task-dependency analyses, and control metrics; also includes change management skills - Analysis and mitigation skills, quality assurance, team leadership, and stakeholder management. - Ability to adopt appropriate project management techniques and procedures for projects of differing sizes, complexity, and risks.
