You have deep knowledge of retail banking products, various sales channels, compliance &amp; audit risks associated, local regulations with regards to product and processes. 5. You have excellent communication skills both verbal &amp; written; have the ability to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, execute and manage retail strategy and tactical business plan, taking into account the market opportunity/ growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite. 2. Define measurable growth objectives across various channels - direct sales, branches, alternate channels and institutional partnerships. Drive acquisition along with a service based sales culture. 3. Demonstrate a sound understanding of various retail banking products, systems and processes and take full responsibility to re-engineer the processes/ products/ system dependencies as required. 4. Own &amp; deliver RBWM projects working closely with regional &amp; local internal &amp; external stakeholders 5. Lead and drive optimization of digital delivery channels including website, mobile app, social media, email, SMS; with a data driven mindset ensuring data &amp; analytics underpin the overall strategy CTC Offered: 10,000 - 16,000 AED per month
