Corporate Credit Origination / Lending Business Analyst (Banking Sector) Skills we need: - 4 to 8 years of techno-functional experience as a project lead / project manager / business analyst for corporate lending including modules such as credit origination, credit evaluation, loan servicing, disbursement, collateral management and related workflows - Refined understanding of banking IT architecture, API ecosystem and proven experience of having handled large scale system integrations as part of lending IT system installations / upgrades - Ability to work closely across various bank functions such as business, credit, operations, compliance, Risk, IT etc to draft details requirements while tracking processes and work with development teams to develop the requirements releasing and testing of applications during production implementation and post-production support phases - Familiarity with drafting and oversight of various project collaterals such as RfPs, vendor evaluation, project plan, BRD, FSD, test case writing and sign-off documents - Excellent Communication skills, problem-solving skill, ability to work both in a team and independently - Understanding of syndicated lending, various corporate lending products and processes (front office, middle office and back office) Successful candidates must be in a position to join the firm no later than 4-6 weeks from the point of being made the offer.
