Job Description: - The Lead Business Analyst will facilitate a large scale compliance transformation for a prominent banking client based in the UAE and primarily by leveraging Pega tool. - This will involve guiding the client in the journey to build their transformational roadmap. - Responsible for leading the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to - implement requirements - Ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control - Document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs - Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development - Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups Key Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience leading, designing and delivering enterprise application solutions and driving Digital transformation across banking - Minimum 3 years of which should be in BPM/ Pega as technology and hands on on Pega - Strong understanding of Pega methodologies. - Certified Pega Business Architect (preferred) - Compliance process knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPIs & Reporting - Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
