Location : Initially Noida, then Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience : 1-3 Years (Post MBA) CTC Offered : Standard Hike on current CTC Qualification : Undergrad (B.tech/BE) and MBA from tier 1 college Responsibilities : - Proposed user stories and grooming those with wireframes and mock-ups - Apply design principles to ensure code modularity and error handling at appropriate levels - Communicate software requirements to development teams - Have the ability to define project roadmap and growth opportunities - Proposed business requirement documents - Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actual project plan - Can assess value, develop cases, and prioritize to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with project strategy - Anticipating needs or bottlenecks and evaluation of feature progress - Research and analyse market, competition, users, and the roadmap for the project - Involvement in the transition of the client from offline operation to a digital platform - Identify and improved process - Automate manual reporting jobs in order to reduce delivery time - Design overall structure of the platform and oversee programs to ensure the proper implementation of the architecture Desired Experience and skillset : - Knowledge of TCP/IP stack and network protocols experience on vulnerability assessment using specialized tools, knowledge of malware analysis (static and behavioral) - Defined strategies to increase NPS, conversion and retention by creating engaging, contextual and value-based mobile-first experience for connected home/ IOT security products - Must have good experience in Advance Excel, MS Word PowerPoint and Share Point - Competitive analysis, market research, requirement gathering and analysis - Root cause analysis and designing business model - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attitude to learn - Must have experience as Product Manager for product like Mobile apps (Android /IOS) - Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization - Understanding of IoT and Telecom industry will be preferred - Prior experience of software developer will be preferred - Ready to relocate to Mumbai from any part of India
