Reporting to - Functional Head - Exports Key Responsibilities : - To plan, design and implement new product marketing strategy with clear road-map and revenue estimations. - Ensures regular monitoring and update of market and competition activities in the region through regular interaction with the commercial network and secondary research. - Expert knowledge in planning and executing BTL/ ATL/ Offline/ Digital/ PR/ Media/ Brand communication/ all related marketing activities. - Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building/market development effort. - Activities related to Branding, Sales &amp; Service Campaigns - Customers survey regarding the product application, development feedback and satisfactions. Candidate Specifications: - Engg + MBA, or MBA from reputed Institute or Engg with 10 - 14 years of experience. - Preference for professionals from Tractor / Auto / Industrial Products - Marketing / Management roles. - In Depth understanding of marketing techniques - Understanding of consumer behavior &amp; purchase decision making process is essential - A data driven person with the expertise to solve the customer's problems would be preferred. - Should have excellent communication skills ( English) and MS office Skills.
