TAFE - SAP FICO Department Head - CA

Job Purpose :

- Lead, Implement, Manage & Monitor SAP Projects and Deliverables for FICO

- Domain based on IT Strategies and Vision to Reality Plans

Principal Accountabilities :

- Ensure ontime and Right First Time delivery of FICO applications

- End to end Module Implementation of FICO

- Delivery of Strategic and Tactical Initiatives encompassing all integrated Modules and applications with FICO

- Establishing Best Practices in SAP FICO to ensure Organizational Efficiency

- Ensure FICO Implementation in line with Compliance needs like IFCFR, IND AS, XBRL, Consolidation etc

- Ensure Adherence to established standards of operations

- Manage team of FICO Consultants with expected Engagement levels

Reporting Relationships : Reporting to SAP Vertical Lead

Candidate Specifications :

Educational Qualifications : Chartered Accountancy (CA) preferably with CMA or CS

Domain Work Experience : 3-5 Years in Finance / Tax / Audit / Accounts of Large or Mid Size Manufacturing Companies covering areas like Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, Treasury, Costing.

Skills in SAP : 5 - 7 Years of FICO Lead position covering Financial Accounting - General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Activity Based Costing, Product Cost Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting, Basics of Treasury and Investment Management, Interface with Logistics Modules, Dashboarding Technologies, IFCFR, IND AS, XBRL, Consolidation - BPC,

Up-to date knowledge in SAP in respect of Taxation and Legal Changes that affect the industry and the Organization

Qualification : CA

Experience : 3-5 years of Domain AND 5-7 years of SAP FICO Lead
