Key Responsibilities 1) Achieve Institutional Sales targets across Government & Private sectors for Tractor and Implements. 2) Managing government relationships, em-panelment, registration & price finalization with key state Govt. bodies and agricultural departments 3) Participate and generate business through tenders, bulk inquiries, and business through GeM 4) Identify key Private projects and work on the strategy for gaining volume/market share for Tractor and Implements. 5) Identify and developing institutional dealer in the selected States 6) Training & Development on Subsidy Business Opportunities, Processes & Techniques to the team/dealers. 7) Keep account of Market / Competition Intelligence and Analyse trends
