Manager - Digital / Mobility Solutions (Sales)
Role Holder will be responsible for program managing Digital Mobility Solutions in the Sales ( B2B) (B2C) organisation.
Key Deliverable's would include:
1) Program Manage and Drive the deployment & roll out of the program with Business stakeholders, through partners, Cross functional teams.
2) Plan for achievement of business benefits through the deployment of the program
3) Prepare guidance, progress reports and other documents to present findings in appropriate forums for programs / projects managed.
4) Arrive at POCs ( Proof of concepts) & finalizing solutions for pipeline/ identified projects
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- PG in Management from reputed colleges
1) 7-10 years of experience in large digital program and benefit management
2) Hands on experience in implementing B2B2C eCommerce mobility solutions for FMCG or automotive industry ( Preferably in after market sales)
3) Should have business data analysis skill to bring out relevant inferences and hypothesis from data sets
4) Understanding of digital technologies like AI, ML, NLP, statistical modelling and python
5) Analytically oriented and resourceful individual with high solution orientation
6) Ability to influence
7) Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently and in teams
