Job Purpose

Develop and deploy strategy across functions. Plan and monitor implementation of strategy. Partner business functions to jointly advance the thinking on key strategic topics and accelerate / re-imagine business-critical processes.

Reports to Principal Corporate Strategy

Key Accountabilities

1) Strategy Development, Deployment & Implementation

- Conduct secondary research and primary studies to enable input to strategy

- Work with business functions to synthesize the above and formulate long-term strategy + short and medium term plans

2) Identification & evaluation of investments

- Identify organic and inorganic investments required to realize strategy

3) Strategic Project Management

- Program manage select, business-critical initiatives at functional level to help achieve key short & long-term business objectives

4) Internal Consulting

- Act as a thought-partner for BU & functional leaders on function-specific and company-level opportunities / issues across the TAFE group.

- Lead task forces to increase speed and ease of doing business through process re-imagination and / or structural unlocks

Candidate Profile

1) 1-4 years experience in Corporate organizations in Business Analyst / Strategy / EA to CEO/MD role

2) Must have significant experience in both strategy formulation and transformation projects in at least one core business function (sales & marketing / supply chain / operations / product management / customer service / digital / etc.)

3) MBA/PGDM from premier institute OR CA rank-holder

4) Analytically oriented and resourceful individual with high solution orientation and a get things done mindset

5) Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently

6) Partnership mindset to collaborate effectively with different functions and functional leaders
