Role Holder to be part of the Corporate Communications team at TAFE's Corporate Office in Chennai and will report into Head of Corporate Communications. The role will focus on 2 key areas of creating compelling content and efficient handling of digital media: - Content Creation- Copy writes &amp; develop content for internal communication projects, corporate collateral and social media.&nbsp; - Drafting content for media and writing releases/drafts for stories (External) &amp; Internal Newsletters for various departments) - Develop films, jingles, slideshows for various projects, internal presentations. Collaborate with various internal clients and production houses for films and AVs from concept to completion - Digital Media - Work with the team on managing digital media platforms (internal + external) and digital marketing projects. Agency liaison for planning and scheduling social media posts, planning digital advertisements and promotions. Promote corporate brand online. A large chunk of time will be used to monitor social media posts, addressing comments, etc. - Support the corporate communications team in events, internal communications, leadership presentations, and special projects as and when required - Collaborate with Peers &amp; Agencies on managing PR and Events - The ideal candidate should be a Post Graduate in Communications, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in handling corporate communications/ digital marketing communications. - Must have good content creation/Language/writing skills. - Should be a dynamic communicator who is able to engage with people from different levels and locations to create cohesion - Should have strong interpersonal skills, a natural drive to achieve and good execution skills. Preferred - Knowledge of various graphic design software like Corel Draw, Illustrator and Photoshop
