- Prepare and finalizing the financial statements accurate and timely manner following with accounting Standard, Ind AS issued by ICAI.
- To comply with various statutory regulations and show true and fair view of financials for submission to government authority, Companies act and Income tax act.
- Managing all accounting operations including Controllership, AR/AP & GL, and Payroll Accounting.
- Proficient in implementing financial procedures, internal control, controlling all audits & tax functions, administering the preparation of MIS reports
- Independent handled statutory audit, group audit, Internal audit with external agencies.
- Ability to improve operations, impact business growth & maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost reductions, internal control & productivity improvements
- Hands-on experience in managing reporting, budget development and variance analysis, cost control & effective utilization of funds
- Proven ability in professional judgments dealing with the disclosure of information in financial statements
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment by having superior prioritization and time management
- Healthcare experience must.
