AOP & Budgeting: Propose an HR Budget for annual consumption and sign off the same

Strategy: Building strategy around sustainability, high trust and performance culture across the Organization - Thereby working towards achieving Industry Benchmark awards (E,g. Great Place to Work)

HR Management : Managing human resources department s by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions, maintaining compensation, determining employee productivity, quality, designing systems, accumulating resource, resolving problems, implementing change.

Talent Acquisition: Responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the best talent. Ensure hiring plans are tailored to meet the business requirement keeping special attention on growth areas and critical functions as per the AOP. Keep a healthy sourcing strategy by having a mix of campus & lateral hires.

Performance Management System: Work with the business to ensure KRA and objective alignment across the organization, ensuring that the KRAs and objectives are set promptly

Learning Development: Ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are created for all employees and work with the leadership team on timely completion of the development areas (Including participation in Crash Courses)

HR Policy Compliance: Benchmark the Company policies with best in the industry and ensure the same are updated and communicated across the across the organization time to time. Run policy awareness campaigns on regular intervals. Ensure 100% compliance on labour laws and file returns

Employee Engagement: Run ESAT surveys and do action planning for higher engagement. Develop & run an Employee Engagement model for effective engagement with Employees based on survey results

Succession Planning: Ensure that succession plan is ready for all key positions @ TABLT

Data Management & Processes :Create HR processes for every sub function in HR and communicate the same within TABLT. Manage data with clarity and access to leadership.
