T24 Technical / Business Consultants

 T24 Technical :

- Should have development experience in Temenos (T24) / other banking packages.

- Should have experience at least one of the service areas of Core Banking projects like Implementation, Upgrade, Application Development and Maintenance across geographies

- The consultant should be able to understand the configuration and customization requirements; provide technical solution and prepare Technical Specification documents.

- Experience in developments according to the specification documents for core banking package

- Experience in customizing system for minor requirements like Enquires, screen changes, field changes etc

- Should be able to understand the Technical Specification Document and proceed with the development accordingly

- Should be able to assist in SIT/UAT/Production implementation if required

- Upgrade Migration or Systems Development experience preferred

- JBC/JBasic; TAFC; Database JBase/DB2; IDE framework. Design Studio

- T24 Implementation knowledge

- Temenos Integration Framework experience

- Good understanding of business domain in at least one or more domains

- Trouble-shooting, problem-solving and perform RCA

T24 Business: 

- Focus on more complex functional problems, generally without day to day supervision or direction.

- Provide guidance and advice to less experienced consultants in case of complex functional issues during the implementation. Has strong proficiency in the tools, systems, procedures that are used to accomplish the job.

- Analyse client business requirements and relate them to TEMENOS products capability.

- Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.

- Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions.

- Accountable for writing of specifications, if and when needed, for local development and ensure Technical Consultants have a clear understanding of these specifications.

- Prepare and perform the configuration of TEMENOS products through the definition of static and semi -static data for the installation of the core system.
