Responsibilities: You will own the Social Media Channels of the company - from deciding what the brand narrative on these channels would be, to executing on the ground to ensure the organic reach and other planned objectives and KPIs are met. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for other marketing initiatives such as influencer marketing, offline marketing (as per need). Specifically, you will: 1. Work closely with the founders to carve out the content strategy and brand narrative for all the Social Media Channels. Basis this create a well planned content calendar 2. Collaborate with the creative and business teams to create the relevant content as per the agreed content calendar 3. Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals and measure the success of campaigns / efforts Note - this role does not include performance marketing on social channels. Qualifications / experience required : 1. 4-5 years experience in handling social channels for consumer technology company 2. Ability to independently manage and scale up the social media presence for the company with minimal guidance 3. Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial attitude 4.
