Systematic Group - Production Efficiency Manager

- Observe and map manufacturing processes, people, cost, wastage

- Collect data and analyse to identify the scope of improvement

- Discuss, formulate solution and improvement plan with timelines

- Drive implementation with plant operations by monitoring, giving feedback and working together with them

- Monitor improvement through data and rework on making the change sustainable

- Identify the scope of improvement by benchmarking current practices to best practices

- Scale best practices from one factory to other manufacturing units and product lines

Candidates must:

- Have experience in manufacturing operations

- Work ex in a engineering/steel product based manufacturing company

- Degree in Metallurgy will be an added advantage

- Proven capability at driving implementation of innovative solutions

- Exposure of Six sigma, Lean

- Data Driven

- Strong project management and team management skills

- Should we willing to relocate to Silvassa, DNH.
