Responsibilities:
1. You should have a deep understanding of all the Hire-to-Retire processes.
2. You should be able to collect / review / clarify business requirements in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding modules.
3. You should be able to turn the business requirements (Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing and Employee Central) into functional/technical documents.
4. You should be able to configure business requirements (Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing and Employee Central) in SuccessFactors.
5. Configure and implement business process upgrades, enhancements, lead testing and data validation and ensure overall systems performance is aligned with business objectives.
6. Engaging with the stakeholders and keeping them aligned with the overall objectives.
7. Identify areas of improvement and come up with effective solutions.
8. You should be able to take an assigned project/task and work independently to accomplish a project/task.
9. You should be able to communicate effectively and work with stakeholders/teams.
