Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve strategic goals. - Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources. - Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis, negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals, close contracts by working with cross functional teams within the company. - Ensure Customer relationship management by ensuring customer outcomes are achieved, addressing customer complaints, foreseeing customer requirements & needs and coordinating for quality and on time delivery to increase the customer base and enhance turnover and profit. - Interface with cross functional teams to ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them.
