Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Controller to join our team. As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities across our three countries of operation. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will be responsible for managing a team of financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial operations across all three countries, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management

- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, including monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis

- Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including working capital management and cash forecasting

- Monitor and manage risk, including credit and market risk, and implement risk mitigation strategies

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team to ensure continuous professional development and growth

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a finance leadership role

- Experience working in a multi-country environment, with knowledge of international tax and accounting regulations

- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with experience preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Experience in the technology industry and familiarity with IoT technology is a plus
