JOB ANALYSIS / SUMMARY -

Roles and Responsibilities

1 Lead and assist in the preparation of service offering collaterals and proposals

2 Build customer solutions by interfacing with technology, delivery and business development teams

3 Leverage existing presales knowledge repository and maintain new knowledge assets

4 Provide On-Call Support for Sales as needed

5 Should be able to work with IT and the operations team to come up with ideas/solution to improve the process

6 Should be able to train and coach the team members

7 Proven ability in understanding customer requirements and crafting targeted solutions that address these requirements

8 Team player with good written and verbal communication skills

JOB SPECIFICATION -

Required Educational Attainments (Degrees, Certificates etc)

- Minimum 4 years of experience in architecting and building solutions across diverse technologies and enterprise systems

Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral)

- Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation Skills

- Exposure to communicating with clients

Required Attributes (Vision, Strength, Personality Trait, Certain Aptitude)

Required Experience (of what type, for what duration, what industry/background)

- Total 2-5 years of IT/ BPO Operations experience,

- 4-5 Yrs of experience in Healthcare industry and keen interest to learn the domain further

- Good knowledge of powerpoint and excel

Additional and Special Requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Prior knowledge of presales is preferred
