BNFS KPO Operations Head is responsible for overlooking business consisting of Capital Market, Cards & Payments accounts. The role would require to expand the current business, liaison with business development teams, Engagement Partners and Business Unit heads to drive the pitch and provide strategic leadership. The role also requires strong business acumen with an ability to oversee operations and drive profitable business by way of optimized costs, achieving revenue and margin goals for the business. Profile Requirements: - Strong business acumen in Banking and Financial Services industry with 15+ years of experience. - Result driven individual with strong knowledge of farming for opportunities in the customer ecosystem at the global level - Good with commercial models with good deal negotiation techniques - Ability to liaison with Global teams, senior leadership and key decision makers to drive profitable business - Drive business strategy for growth in consultation with Business Unit Head, Engagement Partners and Business development teams - Drive business development through proposals, solutioning, providing domain expertise and project estimates for new opportunities - Good hold on managing P&L for the business unit Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for driving Top line and Bottom line for the business - Responsible for developing business, building capabilities and providing solutions - Develop and drive implementation of strategy for the business unit aligned with organization vision including growth engines, positioning and detailed business plan - Liaison and collaborate with different stakeholders to drive profitable business - Build value proposition by building new service offerings - Ensure optimal utilization of resources through forecasting and pipeline management Qualification, Knowledge and experience: - Experience in growing business, building collaterals and solutioning essential - Experience in handling operations and driving optimized delivery essential - Candidates with Engineering/MBA from top schools preferred - 15+ experience in KPO/BPO Business preferred
