About this job:

As Manager - Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for the digital marketing journey of Syngenta in India aimed at grower acquisition, brand penetration through grower engagement and grower conversion for all brands. This is a newly created role that will act as the day-to-day liaison between the business stakeholders, internal IT experts and the digital marketing agency partners in order to execute the grower centric online strategy for Syngenta India.

Accountabilities:

- Translate brand strategies into focused digital campaign plan based on grower insights

- Design, implement, monitor and optimize full funnel digital marketing campaigns including paid (such as Search, social media, display, remarketing, 3rd party collaborations etc.) and owned media focusing on grower acquisition, grower engagement and grower conversion

- Lead execution and ensure that all related parties (such as vendors, agencies etc) meet approved project milestones

- Manage ROI of digital campaign investments through efficient media buying

- Provide content strategy for website and social media

- Collaborate with local division teams on campaign localization, lead qualification and lead conversion

- One point contact for leading digital initiatives for Field crops

- Implement ecommerce strategy and track performance

- Help drive adoption of central digital marketing campaign across divisions

- Integrate online campaigns, social media, e-com and CRM

- Manage Digital agencies and interface between external agency partners, Syngenta IT and brand teams

- Day to day management of all digital touchpoints

- Reporting of all campaign KPIs and continuous experimentation (a/b)

KRA

- Successful implementation of Digital initiatives/projects

- Integrating digital footprints for FC Sales execution strategy

- Successful implementation of Loyalty programs for grower & channel

- Partnering in 5-year digital strategy for FC to enable accelerated business objectives

Qualifications

Experience required for the job:

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience handling large scale campaign planning and execution in FMCG/Consumer Health/digital agency

- Experience in both digital creative development and media buying across multiple channels and platforms

- Experience of working with cross-functional teams in matrix organizations

- Experience in content personalization, AR, VR content development, employer branding etc

Qualification and critical knowledge required:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Communication

- Proficiency in digital KPIs tracking through analytics tools such as GA, Adobe Omniture etc

- Proficiency in content management systems preferably Drupal

- End-to-end Campaign tagging through GTM etc

- Strong analytical and data driven decision making and Project Management skills

- Solid communication skills and team player

- Highly motivated, self - starter, strong sense of urgency and ownership to deliver commitments on time

- Creative and sensitive to market trends and grower behavior insights
