Introduction :

- The HR Solutions Change Lead's role primary focus is to drive the overall technical implementation and configuration of Global Workday HCM and other Global HR Systems. The role will have the ownership to the end to end functioning of the Workday system and to ensure proper governance for maintaining the system.

Vision :

- The HR Solutions Change Lead's role is accountable to ensure that the Workday system is efficiently implemented and functioning as per the global processes and business requirements. The role will own the master data in the system and confirm its accuracy and quality. Establish a process to regularly monitoring the system performance and master data quality. This role requires to manage cost of delivery by looking at better ways to provide service in a cost efficient manner. The role holder has to build a healthy and working relationship with all key stakeholders both internal and external.

Key Accountabilities -

- The HR Solutions Change Lead's role is to manage Global Workday platform including HCM and various integration systems to have smooth operations. This role has to analyze Workday application and its impact on other systems. The role should be able to drive global standardization across all HR processes.

- Ensures changes to business process are delivered in a way that adheres to Syngenta standards. Take accountability of implementation of global processes and governance.

- Provides strategic direction to end-to-end processes & systems, and ensures business processes are in line with the overall strategy. Responsible to manage for end-to-end service delivery and make sure process performance gives a repeatable service experience.

- Drive change management in an Agile environment, with focus on quality and speed of delivery

- Need to plan and manage for upgrades, system downtimes, integration monitoring and defining all key processes required for monitoring of system health

- Monitors system data and its flow to other integrations system so the overall HR function is working appropriately.

- Proactively identifying potential issues and provide insightful analysis in decision making. Manages change implementation effectively.

- Drive Service Management leading to SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements - Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

The HR Solutions Change Lead should have the following capabilities:

Key Functional Skills :

- Expertise of HR technologies & design principles : Expertise in HR Workday technology and its implementation. Subject experts to identify core issues and correct it.

- HR Technology functional expertise: Responsible for safeguarding all HR solutions, platforms and services to ensure supportability, operability and compliance according to prevailing Syngenta standards and policies. Knowledge of and ability of managing HR and other related cloud solution platforms.

- Data Integration: Knowledge of various integration patterns. Knowledge of Various International Standards for Data exchange. Able to define Standard for Data Integrations. Able to define the BDO's for common objects.

- Vendor Management: Build a healthy and working relationship with key stakeholders.

- Team Management: Knows how to manage and motivate teams to achieve goal.

- Effective Communications Skills: Express information to individuals or groups considering the audience and the nature of the information. Practice two-way communication.

- Conflict Management: Demonstrate ability to manage conflict by handling conflicts in a sensible, fair, and efficient manner.

- Stakeholder Management: Is able to challenge and push back based on facts and questioning techniques. Manages a team of stakeholders across geographies.

- Analytical Thinking: Dissects problems logically, identifies core issues & develops sound solutions.

- Negotiation Skills: Negotiates skillfully in tough situations. Gains trust quickly of other parties and maintains relationships

Education & Experience:

- 12 to 15 years of overall work experience in HCM system implementation and integrations. Minimum 3 - 4 years- of Workday system knowledge and involved in transition set up. 6 to 8 years of team management experience.

- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations, Business Administration or other technology specific field.

- Strong experience in data management and system issue resolution.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

Travel and Mobility Requirement - 20% to 30% Travel
