About This Job:

- This job offers the opportunity to manage development and operations of Commercial eCommerce platforms/applications for CP and SE Business. Activities under this role demands a strong Web Operations background along with iterative implementation methodologies such as Agile and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities includes:

- End to end ownership of development and maintenance of applications

- Service Management: Manage the total scope of IT delivery (Cost, Quality and Time)

- Responsible for the performance monitoring, profiling, automated testing, continuous integration, performance optimization and peak season readiness activities for the ecommerce platforms in conjunction with the managed services vendor

- Lead others to work effectively in a strong customer service/team oriented

- Relationship Management: Sustain good relationship with business stakeholders and technology partners

- Supplier Management: Manage and build sustainable relationships with Strategic Partners

Accountabilities:

- Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous application development enhancements from inception through to release

- Managing a small DevOps team and articulating solutions

- Ability to think strategically and long term when planning the future of service delivery

- Achieving productivity gains in service delivery through teamwork and resources

- Effectively managed financial control of the operation meeting all budget requirements

- Ability to challenge constructively

- Drive Service Management leading to SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction

- Owns service performance (platforms and suppliers) dashboard reporting on KPIs and SLAs/OLAs

- ITIL Service - Incident, problem, escalation, configuration, release, capacity and service improvements

- Compliance with all Internal and External Audit observations

- Experience to create Business Case to right source capability and implementation

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

- Overall 14+ years of IT experience, with minimum 8-10 years of professional IT Global Delivery and Operation experience in eCommerce industry

- Experience in Microsoft based technologies like .Net, C#, SQL Server, and Cloud computing (MS Azure and AWS)

- Effectively use MS project Plan / other project planning tool

- Experience in agile delivery methodology using the SCRUM model under DevOps concept

- Experience in High Level Architecture and Implementation of Enterprise Applications

- Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches

- Domain knowledge: Pharma or Agro industry business process experience preferable and must demonstrate eCommerce product development expertise

- Excellent communication around issues, managing escalations, opportunities and documentation skills with attention to detail

- A Team player with a collaborative attitude, proactive and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications& Certifications:

- Computer science, engineering or technical related degree

- Agile certifications desirable
